I’m Jennifer Scott-Ward, Glenn’s Habitat Build Coordinator. Glenn will be participating in our 30th annual Atlanta Habitat for Humanity build! This year, we’re building a new home alongside the homeowner, Jemario, and seven other churches:

REGISTER
When you register, you are committing to the entire build day, start to finish. You must register to build through the registration link below to participate. IMPORTANT NOTE: REGISTRATION CLOSES 3 DAYS PRIOR TO EACH BUILD DATE. ATLANTA HABITAT WILL NOT BE PROVIDING ANY VOLUNTEERS, ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL COME FROM THE CHURCHES. THEREFORE, IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION, PLEASE DO SO BEFORE THE 3 DAY CUTOFF AS THERE IS NO WIGGLE ROOM TO RECRUIT OUTSIDE VOLUNTEERS.
*We would like to invite you to encourage family and friends to participate on the build as well! Each volunteer must register themselves through their own VolunteerHub account. Minimum volunteer age is 16.
FAQ’s
· Water, snacks, and lunch will be provided as well as all necessary tools and supplies. If you’d like to bring your own clearly-labeled hand tools, feel free to do so. It is highly recommended to bring your own gloves. No personal power tools allowed.
· Volunteers of all skill levels and experience welcome! Atlanta Habitat has highly trained House Leaders and Volunteer Skilled Supervisors to guide you through the tasks and keep you safe.
· We build rain or shine! Even if it’s storming at the beginning of the build day, please still show up. Most of the weather clears out if we just wait for a few minutes.
· Dress for the weather.
· Hydrate well several days before the build.
· Bring a refillable water bottle
