Registration Information for the 2014-2015 School Year
The application process for the Glenn School 2014-2015 school year opens at the end of January. Current Glenn School students must be re-apply by February 7, 2014 and be in good financial standing to assure the priority of a returning student for the 2014-2015 school year.

REGISTRATION OPEN TO ALL! Priority goes to the following:
Church Members: To qualify for church member priority, a parent/guardian must be a member of Glenn Memorial for at least 6 months and actively involved in church activities.
Emory Affiliate: To qualify for Emory affiliate priority, a parent/guardian must be employed by Emory University, the CDC, or the VAMC.
Selection Process: All returning students in good financial standing receive first priority for the classes. Glenn Memorial UMC church members are next, followed by alumni children, and Emory affiliates. Once those children are in place, the remaining openings are picked lottery style from all the community applications until spaces are full.
A non-refundable application fee of $80.00 ($70.00 for Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church families who have been members for at least 6 months), is paid at the time the application is made. The fee is $70.00 for the second or third child in a family ($60.00 for Glenn members).
TUITION AND FEES FOR 2014-2015
For ALL students: A non-refundable prepayment of the May 2015 tuition and yearly supply fee must be received by April 15, 2014 to reserve your child’s space.
A non-refundable prepayment equal to the tuition of September 2014 must be received by May 15, 2014 to guarantee your child's space.
Supply fees are a non-refundable one time charge that are used for general supplies, field trips and curriculum enhancements in the older classes, and enrichment programs for the whole school. All supply fees are due by April 15, 2014.
You will receive coupon books for the remaining payments at the Parent Orientation Night or you may pick one up in the assistant’s office. Tuition payments are due on the first of each month and are considered late on the 10th. A $25.00 late fee will be assessed on the 11th. If tuition is unpaid for two (2) months, we will ask that the child not come to school until the delinquent tuition is paid. A $15.00 fee will be charged for a returned check. Make checks payable to Glenn School for Young Children, 1660 North Decatur Rd. NE, Atlanta, GA 30307. The Tuition for Glenn School is a yearly fee. We divide the tuition into 9 payments for your convenience. Deductions are not made for absences or holidays.
