Glenn Memorial does not provide any direct aid or assistance. The following programs do provide immediate and direct aid to folks needing assistance

HOUSING

The 24/7 Gateway Center

The Gateway Center is the point of entry to the community’s continuum of care created to help homeless individuals. This point of entry is a “triage center” for homelessness. It include shelter, toilets, showers, a laundry, food and water, a place to come in from the elements and rest, limited temporary storage for personal belongings, telephones, general information, and referral resources. Gateway can provide immediate emergency shelter and then will work with the client to find temporary and then permanent housing.

Clifton Sanctuary Ministries

Clifton Sanctuary provides shelter, showers, meals, and clothing for men. The office is staffed from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Friday and from 6:00 to 10:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
 
 

TRANSPORTATION

Emory “Cliff” Shuttles and Clifton Corridor Transportation

All Emory campus and CCTMA shuttles are FREE and open to the public (no ID is required to ride). The CCTMA will provide free transportation to the Decatur MARTA Station. Schedules and route maps are available at this link
 

Intown Collaborative Ministries

Transportaion Assistance is available on Thursdays at Church of Our Savior, 1068 N. Highland Ave., 9:30 am - 12:30 pm.
