Lenten Small Groups

From March 5 thru April 20, all are invited to be a part of a 6-week small group at Glenn during Lent - the season before Easter. Our church wide study this year will focus on the book Lent for Everyone: Matthew. Leading New Testament scholar N. T. Wright provides a brief reflection each day based on readings primarily from the Gospel of Matthew as well as Psalm readings each Sunday. The book can be purchased in the church office for $15 – or copies will be available to check out in the church library. Small groups of roughly 6-12 people will meet at various times and locations throughout the week for the 40-day period of Lent to read, discuss, and pray together.
